Location - Charlotte, NCIdeal candidate will provide assistance to guests and visitors regarding the hotel and its facilities and the surrounding area restaurants, shopping and attractions. Candidate will upsell events and facilities of the hotel and prepare guest itineraries and hotel reports. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
