Deep Cleaner

Location - Charlotte, NCThe position entails detailed rotational cleaning of all 118 guest rooms quarterly at a rate of 3 rooms daily using standardized inspection form. Ideal candidate will work within the guidelines set forth by IHG to establish consistent cleanliness standards are met. Position is physically demanding and similar or previous work experience is preferred. Duties include but are not limited to: Washing, Dusting, Wiping, Replacing, Stripping Linens, Vacuuming and Inspecting all hard to reach areas and areas not covered in daily cleaning. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English and previous Rooms management and /or computer knowledge for tracking progress is preferred.
