Guest Relations

The Guest Relations Department consists of an experience design team dedicated to elevating the guest experience at Ballantyne Resort.  Their services are only limited by the imagination. 

Guest Relations fulfills simple to extravagant requests ranging from a romantic turndown service to arranging a helicopter tour of Charlotte. Daily hours are 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., hours may vary on weekends.

Romantic Wedding Proposals
The guest relations team can work with your ideas to coordinate a truly memorable and romantic wedding proposal. Recent proposals have included candlelight proposal with a gift at the bottom of the grand staircase, luminaries on the 18th fairway for an evening proposal, evening helicopter skyline tour incorporating a proposal, special dinner proposal in Gallery Restaurant and romantic evenings in an elegant room at Ballantyne Resort.

Bath Butler Service
Our Guest Relations department arranges a Bath Butler to visit your guest room. You select the fragrance and the Bath Butler draws your bath based on your selection and enhances it with flower petals and scented candles, massage oil, bubble bath and bath gel. Custom options may be arranged with advance notice.

Romantic Turndown Service
Our attendant enhances the turndown service with rose petals and scented candles. $35.00

Custom cakes and desserts can be arranged as well as champagne, cocktails and wine or personal gifts with advance notice.

Luxurious Champagne Bath
This indulgence, typically reserved for celebrities is offered to our guests as an
eccentric delight which includes a bath butler drawn pure sparkling Champagne bath.
You designate the time and our team will coordinate based on your dining schedule.
We require a 10 day advance booking requirement. Cost is typically $4500.00
